 ·        A good education IS economic development. 

·        Major changes are on the horizon in education.  Job demands are 
      changing rapidly, and we must prepare our children to meet these 
      demands.   (60% of Tennessee college freshmen require remedial 
      courses.)

Development is necessary for Knox County’s Future!

·        Development should be sustainable and should enhance the tax base.

·        When possible good, high-quality infill development should be
       encouraged.

·        Collaborative efforts should be promoted between and among
       homeowners, developers and county government.

 ·        Elected officials should lead by example, and Finbarr has done this
       through his 30 years of active service in the community.

·        Finbarr promotes open, honest, available and ACCOUNTABLE county
      government.
